          Key New Jersey Acquisition Advances National Consolidation

    ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., Sept. 13 -- Top Driver, the nation's
fastest growing driver education company, announced today that it has
purchased the well-known Taggart's Driving School based in East Brunswick, New
Jersey.  This acquisition immediately follows a series of new center openings
and acquisitions in Connecticut, Indiana and Ohio.

    According to Sebastian Giordano, Top Driver chief operating officer, the
Company has been on an aggressive campaign to acquire and modernize driving
schools across the nation in addition to opening its own centers.

education and innovation in the industry.  The acquisition of such a prominent

become a clearinghouse for many of Top Driver's driving-related products and
services.
    Top Driver plans to open training centers nationwide employing the latest
technology in touch-screen computer training, multimedia classroom instruction
and one-on-one training in late model vehicles.  It is the first to deliver
