World Premier Internet Auto Parts Retailer Wrenchead.com Signs Deal with Nichols Publishing, Publisher of Chilton's Total Car Care
                 Allows Purchase of Repair Procedures On-Line

    WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Sept. 13 -- World premier internet auto
parts retailer Wrenchead.com has entered into an agreement with Nichols
Publications to provide the 140 volumes of Chilton's Total Car Care series on
automotive maintenance and repair (Repair Procedures Information or RPI)
information on-line, it was announced today by Gus Conrades, CEO,
Wrenchead.com.
    "This marks the first time auto repair information can be purchased for
specific repairs, on-line," said Conrades.  "Wrenchead.com's overall goal is
to empower the auto enthusiast and this move is clearly helping Wrenchead.com
reach this objective by providing access to the world's most respected name in
automotive repair manuals."
    "By pointing a web browser to http://www.wrenchead.com , one can simply list the
automobiles make and year and the user will be able to isolate and download a
repair procedure at a low cost, 24 hours a day, seven days a week," added
Conrades.
    The 140 volumes of Chilton's Total Care Series will appear at
http://www.wrenchead.com within the next 90 days and the complete set will be on-line
by second quarter 2000.
    "This approach will allow consumers to only deal with the information
needed to replace a part," said Dean Morgantini, president of Nichols, "and
allow us to add additional information that won't fit into a book format."
    On August 16th, the CBS Corporation acquired a 22% equity
stake in Wrenchead.com, Inc.  In exchange, Wrenchead.com will receive
$33 million of advertising, promotion and other consideration, over a term of
four years, across CBS's media properties, including television, radio and
outdoor.  Infinity Broadcasting Corporation , the Company's
majority-owned out-of-home media subsidiary, will receive a pro rata share of
the investment.
