World Refining Sponsors World Fuels Conference 99: Refining and Automotive Technologies, Clean Fuels and Public PolicyPOTOMAC, Md., Sept. 10 -- For the 16th consecutive year, World Refining magazine and Hart Publications, a division of Phillips Business Information, Inc., will sponsor its fall conference dedicated to the rapidly changing fuel industry and fuel quality issues that will effect refiners, technology suppliers, automakers, and clean fuels stakeholders. WORLD FUELS CONFERENCE 99: Refining and Automotive Technologies, Clean Fuels and Public Policy will be held September 29 - October 1 at the Loews L'Enfant Plaza Hotel in Washington, D.C.
