Karts International Delisted From Nasdaq Stock Market -- Company Now Traded Over the Counter
ROSELAND, La.--Sept. 9, 1999--Karts International Incorporated (OTC BB:KINT) announced that it has received notification that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel has delisted the Company's securities from the Nasdaq Small Cap Stock Market, effective immediately due to the company's failure to meet listing requirements. The Company shares will continue to be traded on the OTC bulletin board under the symbol "KINT."Karts International Incorporated, through its three wholly owned subsidiaries, Brister's Thunder Karts Inc., USA Industries Inc. and Straight Line Manufacturing Inc., is one of the largest manufacturers of recreational go-karts in the United States.
