New Penn Appoints New Vice President of Sales

    LEBANON, Pa.--Sept. 9, 1999--New Penn Motor Express, Inc., a subsidiary of Arnold Industries, Inc., has named James E. Devlin the new Vice President of Sales.
    Devlin's appointment was the result of an extensive search that covered several industries and included candidates from throughout the country. Devlin's experience consists of various positions with Browning-Ferris Industries including sales, marketing, and customer service at the district as well as the corporate vice president level. Devlin also has LTL trucking industry experience.
    New Penn Executive Vice President, Stephen O'Kane said, "It is with great pleasure that New Penn announces the appointment of James Devlin as Vice President of Sales.
