S&P Raises Premier Auto Trust Subordinated Cert Rtgs

    NEW YORK--Standard & Poor's CreditWire--Sept. 8, 1999--Standard & Poor's today raised its ratings on several Premier Auto Trust subordinated certificates (see list).
    Chrysler Financial Co. LLC serves as the seller and servicer of the trusts. The ratings reflect the increased percentages of loss protection provided through the build-up of credit enhancement and stable credit performance. Standard & Poor's anticipates that the remaining credit support will be sufficient to support the certificates at their new rating levels. -- CreditWire
