Top Driver Acquires The Driving Institute; Acquisition Expands Indiana Presence

    INDIANAPOLIS, Sept. 8 -- Top Driver, the nation's fastest
growing driver education company, today announced it has purchased The Driving
Institute based in Danville/Avon, Indiana.  Following last month's new center
opening in the Chapel Hill Plaza in Indianapolis, this most recent acquisition
is the latest indication that the Company is rapidly accelerating its plans to
further saturate the Indiana market.
