Furon Declares Dividend

    LAGUNA NIGUEL, Calif., Aug. 25 -- Furon Company .
The Furon Board of Directors has approved the quarterly dividend at $.03 per
share.  The dividend will be paid October 29, 1999 to shareholders of record
October 15, 1999.
    Furon, a global manufacturer of engineered polymer components, serves both
the commercial and healthcare markets.
