Auxer announces Carquest places fall orders early

    WAYNE, NJ--August 25, 1999--The Auxer Group, Inc. (OTC BB: AXGI or AXGIE) announced today that it's subsidiary, Harvey Westbury, received larger than expected orders from Carquest for the EasyTest(R) tester line.
    The company entered into an agreement to private label for Carquest last fall after test orders were successful. The initial fall orders where requested earlier than projected. The early season order from Carquest puts the company's 3rd quarter 1999 sales to date ahead of last year's total 3rd quarter revenues.
    Additionally, the company attended the International Marine Trades Exhibit and Conference (IMTEC 99 ) in Orlando, Florida last week. The company is in discussions with two of the top marine retailers and distributors worldwide with combine revenues of over $600 Million. If the discussions are successful, the Garry's Royal Satin Marine wax line would be distributed through their retail outlets and catalogs. Furthermore, the company expects to add several distributors in Florida, New York, the West Indies and Canada.
