FinishMaster, Inc. Announces Two Acquisitions

    INDIANAPOLIS--Aug. 23, 1999--FinishMaster, Inc. today announced it has acquired Topcoat Automotive Paint and Supply Company in Houston, Texas, and the Spies Hecker, Inc. jobber operations in Dallas, Texas.
    Topcoat Automotive Paint and Supply Company will be consolidated into an existing FinishMaster sales outlet. The Spies Hecker acquisition will provide a new location to increase FinishMaster's presence in the Dallas market.
