   First Light Commercial Truck Rental Company to Offer Online Reservation

    DENVER, Colo., Aug. 17 -- Ryder TRS, the nation's second
largest consumer and light commercial truck rental company and a subsidiary of
Budget Group, Inc. , has launched a new Web site --
http://www.needtrk.com -- dedicated to its valued commercial customers.
    With the launch of http://www.needtrk.com , Ryder TRS becomes the first
light commercial truck rental company to offer online reservation requests to
its commercial clients.  Ryder TRS customers with established commercial
accounts can now request truck rental reservations online, 24 hours a day,
seven days a week.  Customers who wish to sign up for a Ryder TRS account can
simply download an application from the site, fill it out and fax it directly
to the Ryder TRS credit department for approval.  Once the account has been
established, customers will receive a 10 percent discount coupon in the mail.

our current commercial customers, who expressed a strong interest in booking

five-digit zip code.  A list of all Ryder TRS dealers available in the area
