Leading Online Business Builder Opens New Detroit Office to Service Automotive
 Industry's Expanded Efforts on the Internet; First Client is DaimlerChrysler

    SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 17 -- Organic, Inc., the preeminent
builder of online businesses, today announced that it has expanded operations
into Detroit. DaimlerChrysler, one of the world's largest automakers, is the
office's first client.
    Organic will collaborate with DaimlerChrysler to enhance the automaker's
Internet presence and to strengthen relationships with consumers online.
Organic's Detroit office will also serve the needs of other corporations in
the region.

    The Detroit office is headed by Letitia Pemberton-Devlin, vice president
and managing director. Ms. Pemberton-Devlin is responsible for managing and
overseeing the Detroit office, with a current staff of over 100 employees, and
its clients. Prior to joining Organic, Pemberton-Devlin was the general
manager at Magnet Interactive Communications' Seattle office and international
division. She has also held senior positions at Bowne Global Solutions, the
world's largest software localization company, and China Business Associates,
the leading distributor of personal computers and software to Mainland China.
    Organic's Detroit office will offer a complete range of services including
strategic consulting, e-commerce development, engineering, and interactive
design and production. The full-service office is integrated with Organic's
