Jim Mallak Joins Textron Automotive Trim Division as Vice President of Finance
    TROY, Mich., Aug. 16 -- Jim Mallak has joined Textron
Automotive Company Trim Division as Vice President of Finance.  The
announcement was made by Bill Maclean, president of Textron Automotive Trim.
    In this position, Mr. Mallak, 44, will be responsible for leading the Trim
Finance organization in supporting division-wide business objectives,
particularly in the areas of growth and performance excellence.
    A 20-year veteran of the automotive industry, Mr. Mallak joins Textron
Automotive Company from Meritor Automotive where he served as Vice President,
Finance for the Heavy Vehicle Systems Group.  Prior to Meritor, Mr. Mallak
held various Finance leadership positions with ITT Automotive.
    Mr. Mallak earned both his undergraduate degree in Accounting and a master
of business administration from Michigan State University, East Lansing,
Michigan.
