Budget Rent a Car Appoints International Sales Agent in GermanyDiscover the World Marketing to Develop Strong Brand Presence LISLE, Ill., Aug. 16 -- Budget Rent a Car International, Inc., a subsidiary of Budget Group, Inc. , has appointed Discover The World Marketing as its general international sales agent in Germany. "We have chosen Discover The World Marketing to kick-start our new corporate operations in Germany," stated Sandy Miller, chairman and CEO, Budget Group, Inc. "Our goals for Germany are ambitious and we wanted a company with proven professional sales experience to help us achieve them." Discover the World Marketing will serve as Budget's sales force in the short-term and will assist the company in quickly establishing a strong presence for the Budget brand in the German market place. The company also will focus on generating outbound sales and developing long-term partnership agreements with key travel groups. "As our initial sales and marketing arm in Germany, Discover the World Marketing will work closely with us as we prepare to open Budget locations at major airports, cities and railway stations throughout the country," continued Miller.
