Under the terms of the agreement, quepasa.com will receive advertising revenue and fees from AutoNation and AutoNation will be the exclusive automotive retail provider of online research and buying services to the quepasa.com community of users. AutoNation operates AutoNationDirect.com, the virtual dealership that sells more vehicles at low, no-haggle prices than any other web site on the Internet.
