Consulier Engineering Reports Six Month Earnings and CRA-Z Soap Developments

    TEQUESTA, Fla.--Aug. 13, 1999--Consulier Engineering, Inc. of Tequesta, Florida reported net income for the six month period ended June 30, 1999 of $123,278, or $0.03 per common share, compared to net income of $55,239, or $0.01 per common share, for the six month period of 1998.
    Consulier has acquired exclusive rights to the name CRA-Z(TM) for its CRA-Z(TM) Soap Hand and All Purpose Cleaner brand, and has filed for national and international trademark protection.
    "We know we have the finest and most cost effective hand and multi-use cleaner on the market, and as the brand owner, we are able to price aggressively for wholesale distribution. The hand cleaner market is over $2 billion annually, and we are establishing a distribution network capable of claiming a substantial share," stated Bernardo Davila, CEO of Southeast Automotive, a wholly owned subsidiary of Consulier.
    Southeast Automotive has developed new retail point of sale packaging, a single bar wall-mounted holder, and a new four bar industrial dispenser that grinds the soap into powder form. The web site, www.crazysoap.com, has been continuously attracting and supporting the growing network of world wide distributors. CRA-Z(TM) Soap will also be promoted nationwide on the new Funpad (www.funpad.com) being developed by Entertainment Systems Technologies, Huntington Beach, California.
    Trade show participation for this year includes the National Hardware Show, August 15-18 in Chicago, IL; The Marine IMTEC Show, August 18-20 in Orlando, FL; The Automotive Transmissions 99, September 24-26 in Orlando, FL; and The APAA/ASIA/MEMA Auto Super Show, November 2-5 in Las Vegas, NV.
