Top Driver's 17th Driver Education School Opens in Waterbury, CT; New Opening Follows Recent Ohio Acquisition
    WATERBURY, Conn., Aug. 9 -- Top Driver, the leader in driver
education, today announced the opening of a new training facility in
Waterbury, Connecticut's Brassmill Center area -- its second in the state and
17th nationwide.  Following last month's acquisition of the Columbus,
Ohio-based American Cities Driving School, this most recent opening is the
latest indication that the Company is rapidly accelerating its plans to become
the country's first national driver education and training company.
    "The Waterbury center is only the beginning of our statewide saturation
