Goodyear Declares Dividend 
    AKRON, Ohio, Aug. 3 -- Directors of The Goodyear Tire &
Rubber Co. today declared a quarterly dividend of 30 cents a share.
The dividend is payable September 15, to shareholders of record August 16.
The payout represents an annual rate of $1.20 per share.
