    SAN DIEGO--Aug. 2, 1999--AimRite Holdings Corporation (OTCBB:AIMHE) has completed and filed form 10SB12G/A with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
    This form, coupled with the financial audit, brings AimRite into compliance with the requirements recently imposed by the NASD for securities listed on the OTC Bulletin Board Exchange. In addition, the fully reporting status will make future acquisitions more attractive. AimRite will continue to pursue qualifying for NASDAQ or one of the other exchanges.
