Arctic Cat Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

    THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn.--July 28, 1999--Arctic Cat Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common and class B common stock. The dividend is payable September 1, 1999 to shareholders of record on August 18, 1999.
