IMPCO Technologies Names New Chief Financial Officer

    CERRITOS, Calif.-–(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1999--IMPCO Technologies Inc. Thursday announced the promotion of Brian Olson to the position of chief financial officer, succeeding Thomas M. Costales who left the company.
    Olson, 36, joined IMPCO in 1994 and has held a variety of financial positions with the company, most recently serving as corporate controller. Previously, Olson was with the public accounting firm of Ernst and Young and its Kenneth Leventhal Group.

    Olson received a bachelor of science degree in business and operations management from Western Illinois University and a master's of business administration in finance and economic policy from the University of Southern California. He is a certified financial manager, a certified management accountant and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
