The Cobalt Group Names Jeffrey Lissack Vice President of Business Integration
SEATTLE--July 21, 1999--The Cobalt Group, the leading provider of Internet marketing solutions to automobile dealerships and manufacturers, has named Jeffrey Lissack vice president of business integration, the company announced today.Lissack, previously the vice president of business development, will be responsible for planning and managing the integration of company operations as Cobalt continues to expand through company acquisitions. In May, Cobalt announced the acquisition of PartsVoice, the nation's largest OEM auto parts locating and marketing company.

As vice president of business development at Cobalt, Lissack managed third-party marketing relationships and developed new business initiatives. Most recently, Lissack was responsible for establishing Cobalt's co-marketing relationships with Yahoo! Classifieds and Auto Trader Online. Prior to joining Cobalt, Lissack worked in marketing and economic development and as a consultant to the energy industry.
Lissack has a master's degree in public and private management from The Yale School of Management. He also graduated magna cum laude from Williams College with a bachelor's degree in political science.
