Macola Software Selected At Pennzoil Argentina; Growing Software Firm Adds to its International Presence

    MARION, Ohio--July 21, 1999--Macola, the company that delivers software that businesses never outgrow, today announced that Pennzoil Argentina S.A. has selected its award-winning Progression Series software.
    "Macola's international presence is rapidly expanding," said company Vice President of International Operations Jon Liebold. Macola's Progression Series 7.5 software will be implemented at the firm's Buenos Aires office.
    Progression Series modules to be installed at this site are Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Assets & Depreciation, Bank Book, Currency Manager, Inventory Management, Order Entry, Purchase Order & Receiving, Bill of Material, and Production Order Processing. The package also includes Synex Systems' F9 and Seagate Software's Crystal Reports.
    "Of all the proposals evaluated, we felt that the one presented by Macola and (Macola Business Partner) Firmware was the most complete because of the product's capabilities and because of the strong representation of a local Business Partner," said Sergio Perez Garat, controller of Pennzoil's Buenos Aires operations.
