    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., July 20 -- Federal-Mogul Corporation
, invites you to participate in its Second Quarter Earnings meeting
on Thursday, July 22, 1999 at 9:00 a.m. EDT.  Federal-Mogul will broadcast the
