Potok Named President of Norgren Automotive Group
    MT. CLEMENS, Mich., July 19 -- Factory automation veteran Guy
Potok has been named president of the Norgren Automotive Group (also known as
ISI Norgren, Inc.).  The group employs 500 people in three locations in the
Detroit area.  Potok is responsible for overall management of operations
including technical sales and total customer support.
    Norgren Automotive Group, a subsidiary of IMI plc, offers the industry's
broadest product line of pneumatic components for automotive factory
automation and is a world leader in applied pneumatics.
    Winner of last year's Robotics Industries Association Joseph F.
Engelberger Award for Industry Leadership, Potok formed his own consulting
company in 1995 advising companies in the robotics, sensor, software, Internet
and automotive supply industries.
    Prior to that, he held a series of management positions with FANUC
Robotics North America.  He began his career in 1972 with Ford Motor Company.
    He assumes his new duties immediately.
