Isolyser Announces Alliance and License Agreement With R.J. Hanlon Company, Inc.
    NORCROSS, Ga., July 19 -- Isolyser Company, Inc.
today announced the signing of a Strategic Alliance and
License Agreement with R.J. Hanlon Company, Inc.  The Agreement provides
Hanlon exclusive global conversion and distribution rights of lint free
OREX(R) film covers currently under development for the automobile market.
These covers will be used in the automated painting process of vehicle
assembly plants.
    Utilization of the OREX(R) lint free covers will provide automobile
manufacturing companies an opportunity for significant disposal cost savings
through the use of the Isolyser environmentally friendly proprietary disposal
technologies.
    Isolyser and Hanlon have filed a joint patent on the design of all types
of film protective covers which may be used within the global automobile
manufacturing markets.
    R.J. Hanlon has also been given non-exclusive rights for the distribution
and sale of Isolyser's OREX(R) specialty wipes in the North American
automotive industry.
    Mike Mabry, President of Isolyser's OREX Technologies International (OTI)
business unit, commented, "OTI is continuing to add strategic partners such as
R.J. Hanlon to develop new products and markets utilizing our OREX(R)
Technology.  In conjunction with the Hanlon Alliance, Delta Environmental will
be providing services to incorporate the disposability of OREX(R) into these
automotive applications."
    R.J. Hanlon Company, Inc., headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, is a privately
held company manufacturing and selling custom-designed covers for the
automotive industry for approximately 20 years.  The company produces more
than 2,500 different covers for automated paint robots and related
sub-systems.

    Isolyser has developed and manufactures OREX(R) Degradables, a series of
ecologically safe products made from a thermoplastic, hot water soluble
polymer that can be configured into an array of products such as woven and
nonwoven fabrics, film, and thermoformed and extruded items.  These products
can be dissolved after use, in hot water in a specially designed OREX(R)
processor similar to a commercial washing machine, for safe disposal through
municipal sewer systems.  The Company believes that its products provide
