Airtech Makes Strong Entry in Van Conversion Market

    DALLAS--July 19, 1999--

Hazards of Riding In Motor Vehicles as Reported By NBC-

Airtech International Group, Inc., (OTCBB:AIRG) today announced the commencement of installations with Trailmaster Inc. for the new Airsopure Model S-999 Auto Air Purification System on all its year 2000 custom conversion vans, beginning August 1999. Under this relationship, Airtech will offset some of the direct costs associated with distribution of its auto air purification product line to this specialty market.
Trailmaster, Inc., founded in 1983, is a privately held company in Forth Worth, Texas. Recognized as a leader in the conversion and customization of sport and leisure vans, Trailmaster's exclusive supplier is General Motors. Trailmaster performs the following services: integrated packaging, engineering, quality control, testing, component/parts review, assembly, and quality assurance.
The Model S-999 is the first motor vehicle air purification system to be introduced to this ever-growing market. Recently, the air purification market has received additional awareness due to features in The Los Angeles Times, USA Today and The Sacramento Bee.
As the Company entered into this relationship, NBC's World News Tonight featured a report that motor vehicles are one of the most hazardous places to spend any significant period of time. This report based its findings on the California Air Resources Board, and the testing revealed the air inside a motor vehicle is 2-100 times more dangerous than outside air. The Model S-999 is capable of up to 180 air changes per hour. The unique technology invented by Airtech takes all the microscopic air in the cabin of the vehicle and places it through a (patent pending) three part filtration system removing up to 99% of microscopic particles and gases. First introduced to the law enforcement community, the Model S-999 has been well received by car dealers, auto rental companies, and government agencies.
Airtech first achieved market recognition with its air purification technology by providing a simple solution to allowing smokers and non-smokers to co-exist in restaurants and bars. Its corporate clients include: Denny's, Bennigan's, Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouses, Sullivans, Host Mariott Services and hundreds of other food and beverage related companies. Today, the Company's primary focus is on schools, hotels, office complexes, casinos and medical facilities. Airsopure (www.airsopure.com) (www.airsopure.net) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Airtech International Group, (www.airtechgroup.com) a publicly traded company under the symbol (OTCBB:AIRG).
