Barnes Group Inc. Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

BRISTOL, Conn.--July 16, 1999--Directors of Barnes Group Inc. today declared a regular cash dividend of 19 cents per share on its common stock for the third quarter of 1999, payable September 10, 1999, to stockholders of record August 31, 1999. The Company had 19,493,796 shares outstanding as of the date of declaration.
