Tenneco Board Declares Third Quarter Dividend

    GREENWICH, Conn.--July 13, 1999--Tenneco announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular third quarter dividend of 30 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable on September 7, 1999 to shareowners of record at the close of business on August 27, 1999.
