Norton Motorcycles, Inc. and Norton Motors Deutschland Form Strategic Alliance
    MINNEAPOLIS, July 12 -- Norton Motorcycles, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: NRTN) announced that it has entered into a license and
distribution agreement with Norton Motors Deutschland (NMD), a Munich based
distributor of classic Norton parts and holder of certain European Norton
trademarks.
    The Agreement provides Norton with a 5 year exclusive trademark license
with extension and purchase options.  In addition, NMD has been appointed the
distributor of Norton products in Germany.  John Fiebelkorn, Norton's Managing
Director of Sales and Marketing, stated, "the alliance solidifies Norton's
worldwide distribution allowing Norton to distribute its products under the
famous Norton trademark throughout the world."  Mr. Joachim Seifert commented,
"Our alliance is logical and should work to the mutual benefit of Norton
Motorcycles, Inc. and Norton Motors (Deutschland) GmbH.  I feel it gets the
Norton marque not only just back on the road again, with first class product
and a sound financial base, but up front with the Best -- where it belongs."

    BACKGROUND
    Headquartered in Plymouth, Minnesota, Norton Motorcycles, a development
stage enterprise, will market a line of motorcycles and motorcycle products
throughout the world.  Norton is presently engaged in the design and
development of a line of high-performance, premium motorcycles and the
marketing of motorcycle products.  All of the products will be sold under the
famous "Norton" brand name, which will provide its motorcycles with worldwide
