AimRite Files With SEC to Become Fully Reporting Company

    SAN DIEGO--July 9, 1999--AimRite Holdings Corporation (OTC/BB:AIMHE) is pleased to announce that a filing has been submitted to the SEC to become a fully reporting Company following OTC guidelines. This filing will allow AimRite to continue trading on the OTC Bulletin Board. Although one element of the filing was late resulting in an extension status of trading, this is being complied with and will allow the extension to be removed in the very near future.
