QUOTES:
Mike Wallace on Nashville:	"We have been consistent the past two races,
pulling out strong finishes and that is where our focus will continue to
be in July. Nashville is a tough little half-mile, and you can bet
there will be plenty of paint swapping. For the most part, we have done
well at the short tracks this year. Pit stop strategy may play the
biggest role."

Wallace finishes strong at Milwaukee; moves up one spot in series
standings.

Mike Wallace is not known for his qualifying efforts, then again,
neither is Dale Earnhardt. Qualifying out of the top ten for a race is
not always the kiss of death, and on Saturday Wallace proved once again
that you can produce a good finish from a not-so-great qualifying
effort. Wallace raced hard all day and moved up from a 23rd starting
position to a very respectable 4th place finish.

*	Wallace sits 6th in the NCTS points chase, nipping at the heels of
Andy Houston who is twenty-seven points better in 5th, and within
striking distance of points leader Jack Sprague.

*	Wallace has accumulated 30 bonus points during the 1999 season to
date, adding two wins to his resume along with six top five, seven top
ten finishes, and two outside poles. His average starting spot in 1999
is 11.62; average finishing spot is 10.39. Of the 2,380 laps available
thus far, Wallace has led 241 (10.13%) and completed 2,339 (98.28%).

*	In 1998 with Schrader Racing, Wallace averaged 12th in starting spots
and 16th in the finishing order, completing 91% of total laps available.
He won 2 outside poles, 1 pole (Loudon), three top fives, fourteen top
tens - but no wins.
