Budget Rent A Car Named Global Supplier of the Year By Woodside Travel Trust

    LISLE, Ill., July 7 -- Budget Rent a Car Corporation, the
world's third largest car and truck rental system and a wholly owned
subsidiary of Budget Group, Inc. , has been named "Global Supplier
of the Year" by Woodside Travel Trust.  Woodside is the world's largest travel
management partnership of corporate travel agencies.
    The prestigious "Global Supplier of the Year" honor is bestowed upon the
top supplier of all the travel categories combined, including car rental,
hotels and airlines.  This award, based on Budget's spirit and commitment to
increasing the global buying power within Woodside's vast network, marks the
third consecutive year Budget has received supplier recognition from Woodside.
    Woodside Travel Trust, which books nearly $20 billion in airline travel,
has used Budget as a preferred travel supplier for more than 10 years.

who was on-hand at Woodside Travel Trust's recent Annual Supplier Fair to
