    IMNI has developed a national marketing strategy for the new product that will utilize Television linked electronically to the Internet and linked again to Retail, simultaneously.

TELEVISION:
    CarGuard will become the "featured product" in the continuing interactive home shopping variety show series (Shop-the-Net) produced in infomerical form, by the Entertainment division of IMNI. The series airs on broadcast, cable and satellite television. IMNI will additionally support CarGuard by producing and distributing a one minute direct response commercial that will also be seen in national, regional and local tv, cable and satellite markets. IMNI has relationships with over 600 stations, many of which work on a "revenue share" basis. All commercials are "tagged" with the AutoSmart USA logo (www.autosmartusa.com) to cross market CarGuard with AutoSmartUSA.com and attract interested new car purchasers.

INTERNET:
    CarGuard will have a prominent position in the AutoSmart USA web site: www.autosmartusa.com, IMNI's highly successful online car, truck and SUV web site, where consumers may purchase and finance a new vehicle for as low as 2% over factory invoice. The tremendous volume of traffic visiting the AutoSmartUSA.com site heightens the brand awareness of CarGuard with consumers.

    Once IMNI has established the Internet exposure and the television branding, the marketing division will move the product into the Retail part of the Interactive Convergence equation.
