Infiniti Announces June Sales; - Luxury Division Reports an 18.9 Percent Increase Versus a Year Ago -
GARDENA, Calif., July 1 -- Led by its I30 luxury sedan,
Infiniti, the luxury division of Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA), reported
June sales of 5,371 units, an increase of 18.9 percent versus the previous
year and an 8.7 percent increase versus last month.
The I30, Infiniti's volume sales leader, reported a 6.9 percent increase
in sales over last month, totaling sales of 2,049 units in June.
The G20, Infiniti's luxury sports sedan, reported sales of 1,254 units in
June, an increase of 1.6 percent versus the previous month. Infiniti's
flagship luxury performance sedan, the Q45, posted total sales of 639 units, a
34.3 percent increase versus the previous month.
The QX4 showed a 25.8 percent increase versus last year, totaling sales of
1,429 units for the month of June.
Nissan North America, Inc., sales for June including Nissan and Infiniti
Divisions, totaled 58,066 units, a 4.8 percent increase versus last year.
