BAT International Has Problems With Web Sites After 2 Major Press Releases

    CHULA VISTA, Calif., June 30 -- BAT International
(OTC Bulletin Board: BAAT) experienced problems with its web site and sites of
all of its subsidiary and associated companies today (except Electrobike)
after releasing two major releases (Securities and Exchange Commission Drops
Investigation of BAT, BAT TVT Race Car Prepared for Pikes Peak Race July 4th).
It appears that the BAT web sites were infiltrated by an unknown source.  The
Company is currently trying to work out the problem with the server.  The
Company is also taking measures to protect the sites from further
infiltration.  The Company anticipates the sites will be up in the next few
days.
