ViaCorp to Distribute New Gas and Diesel Technologies to Germany and Quebec

    KELOWNA, British Columbia--June 30, 1999--

Company Signs Distribution Agreement for Environmentally Friendly
Technologies Designed to Reduce Harmful Emissions and Increase
Fuel Capacity in Gas and Diesel Engines

Rene Franz Bernard, president of ViaCorp Technologies Inc. (VSE:VCP), announced today that the company has signed an agreement to distribute two unique, environmentally friendly technologies produced by F.E.S. Innovations Inc.
Both the "Gazmo" and "De-Smog" are designed to reduce harmful emissions and increase fuel capacity in gas and diesel engines respectively.
Under the terms of the agreement, ViaCorp will distribute the two products in Germany and the Canadian province of Quebec with an option to distribute in the Canadian Maritimes and in the region of the Eastern United States bordered by the Mississippi River.
According to Bernard, this agreement is a major development for ViaCorp, and will allow the company to expand its business operations into the growing area of environmental technologies.
"Air pollution, the reduction of harmful air pollutants and increasing fuel costs are all growing world-wide concerns," Bernard said. "Currently there are not a lot of options available that address these problems. ViaCorp is very excited about the benefits offered by these powerful and effective products."
The products use a micro-processor-driven, heat-exchange technology, patented by F.E.S. Innovations, which help fuels burn more efficiently, and with fewer harmful emissions, by ensuring that the fuel burns at the most appropriate temperature. The De-Smog product has been extensively tested by Environment Canada and the Gazmo product underwent testing at EPA Labs of Santa Rosa, Calif.
"In the case of the gas technology, testing has revealed that the product reduces fuel consumption by 23 to 26% and reduces emissions by up to 34%," Bernard said. "Testing of the diesel product included equally impressive results, including a 50 to 67% reduction in the emission of hydro-carbons."
Two highly reputable North American manufacturers have been enlisted by F.E.S. Innovations to manufacture the products. The gas-engine product, Gazmo, is being manufactured by Delta Manufacturing and the diesel product, De-Smog, is being produced in conjunction with Siemens Building Products.
