Standard Products Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

    CLEVELAND, Ohio, June 29 -- Directors of The Standard
Products Co. today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.18
per share, payable July  23, 1999 to shareholders of record July 9, 1999.
