Integris Wins Contract to Provide IT Operations Outsourcing For Delco Remy International

    BILLERICA, Mass.--June 29, 1999--

    OpenSourcing Deal Includes Client/Server System Management Operations, Disaster Recovery Services and Network Monitoring Services

    Integris U.S., a leading provider of client/server IT outsourcing services, today announced an agreement to provide its OpenSourcing services to Delco Remy International, Inc. , of Anderson, Ind., a leading supplier of aftermarket and OEM electrical systems and powertrain/drivetrain products for automotive and heavy-duty vehicles.
    The OpenSourcing contract will give Delco Remy International, Inc., (DRI) enhanced coverage for a range of client /server enterprise applications. The services include operations, system administration, Help Desk, wide area network redundancy and monitoring, and disaster recovery services, in conjunction with SunGard(R) Recovery Services Inc., for DRI throughout North America.
