Jeannine M. Davis Elected Executive Vice President Administration, General Counsel and Secretary CTS Corporation

    ELKHART, Ind.--June 29, 1999--The CTS Corporation Board of Directors elected Jeannine M. Davis, Executive Vice President Administration, General Counsel and Secretary CTS Corporation, according to an announcement by Joseph P. Walker, CTS Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer.
    In December 1998, Ms. Davis was named Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary CTS Corporation. She served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for CTS Corporation from 1988 to 1998. Ms. Davis will now have overall responsibility for CTS Corporation's legal, environmental, health and safety and intellectual property departments, as well as worldwide facilities management.
    "We recognize the significant contributions that Jeannine Davis has made to CTS' success," said Joseph Walker. "CTS is extremely fortunate to have an executive of her caliber and management skills in these key positions," Walker concluded.
    Ms. Davis graduated, in 1970, from the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in economics and history. She graduated, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame School of Law in 1980. In 1980, she joined the CTS Corporation Legal Department as Staff Attorney. She was elected Secretary of CTS Corporation in June of 1983 and General Counsel in March of 1984.
    She is a member of the American and Indiana State Bar Associations and the American Corporate Counsel Association.
    Ms. Davis and her husband, Cole, reside in Elkhart, Indiana.
