(OTC BB:EWRX) announces it has started designing and developing a Specialty Automotive Aftermarket Internet Portal through its subsidiary, North Fork Webwrx.com, the leading Website development company within the $20 billion a year Specialty Automotive Market.The portal, registered as Motorwrx.com will be an online destination community that will host a variety of content-rich websites representing the seven primary markets within the Specialty Automotive Aftermarket including Light Trucks, Restoration, Racing, Off-Road, Street Performance, Restyling and Street Rods and Customs. The portal will also feature a Specialty Automotive Shopping Center where car and truck enthusiasts from around the world can purchase products and services ranging from custom parts, automobilia, insurance, and accessories to improve both the looks and performance of autos and trucks. In addition, Motorwrx.com will host on-line auctions and an on-line travel service geared specifically for the auto and truck enthusiasts to attend races, live auctions, trade shows, car shows and other related events.

Additional sites will be added to the Portal through in-house development, acquisitions and joint ventures. Several acquisitions and joint ventures are now being negotiated and closure is expected over the next several weeks.
Presently, Classicar.com and Classictruckshop.com receive an average of over 10 million hits and 3 million page views per month. Combining these two premier Internet communities with other automotive related Websites within Motorwrx.com, and the explosive growth projected for the Internet and e-commerce, online traffic within Motorwrx.com is expected to reach over 50 million hits and 10 to 15 million page views per month generating over $120 million in sales annually by 2002.
