Future Three to Receive 1999 Outstanding Achievement Award from Automotive Industry Action Group
         Second Time Company is Recognized for Leadership, Expertise.

    NORTHVILLE, Mich., June 29 -- Future Three, developers of
integrated release accounting and shipping control applications for automotive
suppliers, will be honored with the 1999 Outstanding Achievement Award by the
Board of Directors of the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG).  AIAG is an
automotive trade association whose members are the North American vehicle
manufacturers and suppliers.  This is the second such honor for Future Three,
last receiving the AIAG Corporate Achievement Award in 1994.
    This distinction honors Future Three's contribution and leadership on
behalf of the AIAG and the North American Automotive Industry.  With the AIAG,
Future Three helps develop and promote solutions that enhance the prosperity
of the automotive industry.  Future Three works closely and actively with the
AIAG to continuously improve business processes and practices involving
trading partners throughout the supply chain.
    In the official notification, the AIAG Board of Directors cited Future
Three's participation and leadership in AIAG's Automatic Identification
initiatives, Electronic Commerce activities, Materials Management projects and
Truck Advisory Group activities.

    Future Three will be honored at the AIAG Awards Dinner on Tuesday, August
31, 1999 at Cobo Conference Center in Detroit, Michigan, hosted by guest
speaker and presenter Mr. Thomas Stallkamp, president, DaimlerChrysler
Corporation.
