    The Therban Hot Line is answered Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST by members of the Therban Team, a cross-disciplinary group of individuals selected from Bayer's Fibers, Additives and Rubber Division singularly committed to promoting Therban. Hot line operators transfer callers to the appropriate technical service and sales representatives according to their question or request. After hours, callers who leave a voicemail message can expect a response the next business day.
