Delphi Names Two New Regional Communications Directors
    TROY, Mich., June 24 -- John T. Anderson has been promoted to
regional communications director for Delphi's Asia Pacific Operations and
Frederique Le Greves has been promoted to regional communications director for
Delphi Europe.  The announcement was made today by Karen L. Healy, vice
president, Corporate Affairs, Delphi Automotive Systems.
    "Both John and Frederique bring to bear rich and diverse experiences and
exceptional communications professionalism," said Healy.  "Their knowledge and
effective communications skills will be integral in growing our global
communications capabilities."
    Anderson and Le Greves are responsible for internal, external and product
publicity communications, public affairs counsel and coordination of Delphi's
public relations counsel in their respective regions.  Anderson is based in
Singapore.  Le Greves is based in Paris.
    A 14-year General Motors veteran, Anderson was public affairs manager at
Delphi Harrison Thermal Systems in Lockport, N.Y., prior to moving to
Singapore in 1998 as regional communications manager.
    Anderson began his communications career with General Motors in 1985 as an
exhibit representative with GM's World of Motion pavilion at Epcot Center in
Disney World, Orlando, Fla.  He transferred to Washington, D.C. in 1987 to
coordinate media relations, and was later named staff assistant in the
Washington office.
    In 1993, Anderson was named manager of divisional relations for GM's North
American Operations (NAO) Communications in Warren, Mich.  Before joining
Delphi Harrison Thermal Systems in 1994, he was on a special assignment for
GM's NAO Communications at Oldsmobile in Lansing, Mich.
    A native of Rochester, Mich., Anderson was born on May 4, 1956.  He
received a bachelor of arts degree in liberal arts from Michigan State
University in East Lansing, Mich., in 1985.  He is a member of the Society of
Automotive Engineers.
    Le Greves was named regional communications manager for Delphi Automotive
Systems Europe in March 1995.  From 1993 to 1995, she was on international
assignment as communications and marketing manager based at Delphi's world
headquarters in Troy, Mich.
    Le Greves began her communications career with Opel France in the Public
Affairs Department in 1990.  In 1991, she joined ACG Europe (now Delphi
Automotive Systems Europe) as communications and marketing coordinator.
A native of Paris, Le Greves was born on May 13, 1967.  She received a license
in economy and management from Paris University in 1989 (European equivalent
to a bachelor's degree in economics and English).  In 1991, she received the
title of Expert in Management from Ecole Superieure de Gestion (Business
school in Paris).
