    DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla.--June 21, 1999--The Bullhide Liner Corporation (OTC BB:BULH) announced today that it has recently elected Mr. Dan E. Robertson to its Board of Directors.
    The recently retired Mr. Robertson was the co-founder, a director, officer and business advisor of Access Conference Call Service. He was responsible for growing the company from 1 employee in 1987 to 120 employees in 1997, with gross sales of $13 million. Having qualified in 1994 for "Inc.'s" list of the 500 fastest growing companies, with a growth rate of 1025% over five (5) years, the company was positioned for the next level of growth. Recently, the company was sold as part of a roll-up.
    A certified public accountant, Mr. Robertson has, since 1971 through 1999, served as chief financial officer and/or sr. vice president, finance & administration, for the National Machine Tool Builders' Association, The National Association of Retail Druggists, the Aluminum Association, Inc. and, most recently, the Printing Industries of America, Inc. At Bullhide, he will use his expertise in the areas of financial forecasts and the management of liquid and fixed assets. He will also head Bullhide's Finance and Audit Committee.
