THUNDER FROM DOWN UNDER AT NEW HAMPSHIRE INT'L SPEEDWAY

     PICKERINGTON, Ohio -- Australian Superbike pilots Mat Mladin and Anthony
Gobert are poised to enter what may be the most decisive race of their careers
when the MBNA Superbike Tour presented by Parts Unlimited arrives at New
Hampshire International Speedway, (NHIS) in Loudon, N.H., this weekend, for the
76th Annual Loudon Classic.

     Gobert and Mladin have been competing against each other since they were
kids growing up in New South Wales. As their skills developed, both entered the
professional ranks and won championships in their native Australia. Mladin rose
the elite World 500cc Grand Prix Series. Gobert  rode on to glory in the World
Superbike Series.

     In 1996, Mladin arrived in the U.S. to race in the American Motorcyclist
