MSX International, Inc., to Present its Vehicle Product Development Capabilities at China's Automotive Parts Industry Conference
AUBURN HILLS, Mich., June 15 -- MSX International, Inc., a
leading provider of technology-driven engineering, staffing and business
services, headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan, will present its vehicle
product development capabilities at China's Automotive Parts Industry
conference in Shanghai, June 17-18, 1999.
The 4th annual international conference is co-organized by the Shanghai
Auto Industry Group and offers attendees the opportunity to meet with leading
Chinese executives to discuss methods of conducting business in the world's
largest emerging auto market.
MSX International will feature its engineering and design services with a
major emphasis on developing global partnerships with vehicle original
equipment manufacturers and major suppliers. The partnership encompasses the
entire vehicle development cycle, from strategic planning, marketing, design,
development and manufacturing, to sales and service. MSX International's
programs are developed to meet the specific needs of its local customers.
Mike Tsou, Advisor to Management of Product Development Services for
MSX International, said, "China, with its population of over 1 billion and a
goal of becoming the world's third largest automaker behind the United States
and Japan, presents a great opportunity for MSX International to expand its
global business. The Chinese are not going to be content with just imported
cars and those built by joint ventures or transplants. They have always
wanted to design their own vehicles and reportedly are looking for a strategic
partner from the West. MSX International can fill that role by providing its
core services."
MSX International's Product Development Services offers its customers a
full range of engineering and design services to the transportation-related
industries, delivered at any point in the product development cycle, both on-
site and off-site.
With annual sales exceeding $1 billion, MSX International employs more
than 12,000 professional staff and contract personnel at over 60 operating
locations in 23 countries worldwide. MSX International offers its customers a
wide range of technology-driven services, both on-site and off-site, including
product engineering and manufacturing engineering services; contract and
temporary staffing; training services; purchasing support services; electronic
