    BURR RIDGE, Ill.--(Automotive Wire)--June 14, 1999--Midtronics, Inc. announced today the election of Paul A. Baffico to its Board of Directors. According to the company, Baffico will provide insight to Midtronics in planning strategies for the automotive marketplace.
    Baffico spent 34 years with Sears, Roebuck and Co. in various positions, most recently as president of Sears Automotive Division. He led the company through business restructurings and created and launched new store brands such as NTB and Parts America.
