The Experience Management Group -- A New Twist EMG is a project management company specializing in "experience management" for the luxury retail goods industry. Experience management involves the systematic design and implementation of a luxury client experience with a specific, brand driven, emotional outcome in mind. The retail client experience is the distinct memorable impression formed through the client's personal interaction with a specific retail environment. Beyond the basic impressions formed of the product or service itself, a lasting impression, based upon the sensory elements of the encounter, is implanted in the client's mind. These brand sensory elements are "retail experience cues" that affirm the quality and nature of the retail experience. When systematically crafted into a positive net impression, the retail experience cues promote feelings of loyalty, which can be leveraged into an enduring and meaningful relationship. A unique and difficult to duplicate competitive advantage results in what is an otherwise commodity-driven environment. Experience the Difference; Experience the Excellence Mr. Williams and his team of luxury retail anthropologists are at the forefront of creating unique and memorable dealership experiences for luxury buyers and prospects alike. They accomplish this by providing a comprehensive portfolio of retail planning services, including: personnel solutions, software design and development, architectural and interior design services, and marketing and public relations functions. In short, EMG transforms the excitement and passion for a brand into a sensory experience at the retail level, creating a clearly differentiated environment and lasting customer relationships. Mr. Williams resides in Newport Beach and continues to be actively involved in various local community organizations including Arts Orange County, The Orange County Museum of Art, and The Assessment and Treatment Services Center (ATSC).
