Bullhide Completes Move to Deerfield Beach, Florida and Saves $250,000 Annually
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla.--June 9, 1999--The Bullhide Liner Corporation (OTC BB:BULH) announced today that is has completed restructuring the Company by closing its corporate office in Spokane, Washington, and moving it permanently to Deerfield Beach, Florida, saving Bullhide approximately $250,000 in annualized costs.A substantial portion of the savings will be achieved by: sharing a training facility with Bullhide's Florida distributor, PolySolutions, Inc.; eliminating non-essential personnel; and, eliminating non-essential overhead including, but not limited to, unnecessary office and warehouse space.
Certain parts of the former Spokane, Washington operation were sold, as a dealership, to a long term employee of Bullhide's, Mr. Michael Spring. Mr. Spring, Bullhides most experienced technician, believes that by concentrating on mobile operations, he can double the revenues of that which was once Bullhide's Company Store. "Bullhide has developed an excellent reputation in the Spokane area, and I expect to be very successful over the very short term", said Mr. Spring.
